Refund & Returns

Fresh, perishable products
Because every Liquid 4 Life juice, smoothie, wellness shot, and water alchemy bottle is cold-pressed and made fresh, our beverages are perishable and not eligible for return once they leave our shop or are picked up.
Something wrong with your order?
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, incorrect, or you received the wrong item, we want to make it right. Contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- A photo of the affected item(s) when possible
We will offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund to the original payment method, at our discretion.
Cleanse programs
Cleanse programs may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled start date. Once production has begun, cleanses are non-refundable but can be transferred to another customer.
Subscriptions & monthly plans
Monthly juice plans renew automatically. You may pause, modify, or cancel at any time before your next renewal date from your account. Charges already processed for the current cycle are non-refundable, but unused credits remain available through the end of the cycle.
Merchandise & non-perishable items
Unopened, non-perishable goods (apparel, gift cards, accessories) may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Items must be in original condition. Gift cards are non-refundable.
